Great location, short ride to tourist area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Quiet room despite busy street. Easy to find. Plenty of nearby dining options. Amazing food at Ngói đỏ restaurant.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was just perfect for me, as it was close to the center and had easy transportation access. What impressed me the most was the great cleanliness that this hotel maintained. The staff was excellent-friendly, informative and provided fast service. I had an excellent breakfast every single day, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, with ample parking space.

Spent an amazing Xmas holiday at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions. the staff provided excellent service and were very informative about the area, recommending great places to eat and visit. the room was cleaned daily and the staff were always happy to provide more towels and water. Another great advantage was the quietness of the room, even though it was on a busy street.

The soundproofing in the room was poor as I could hear loud noise from other rooms and people slamming doors, which was disruptive and interrupted my sleep. the overall experience was positive and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to the tourist area and plenty of eating options nearby with one restaurant serving fantastic food and beer. Staff are welcoming, accommodating, and always ready to help. Rooms are tidy with daily cleaning and prompt replenishment of towels, and bottled water. the hotel's quiet room and easy accessibility stand out among its plus points.

Some guests may find the soundproofing of the rooms troublesome.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. the room was cleaned daily, and fresh linens and bottled water were always available upon request.

Noise can be a bit of an issue. The walls are quite thin and I could hear conversations from other rooms and the door vibrations waked me up during the night.
